Current Opportunities:
Mechanics
We are looking for 2 experienced Heavy Duty Mechanics and 1 Automotive Mechanic to start immediately.
CMVI certificate an asset.
We are also looking for 2 Marine Mechanics, experience with Mercury product an asset.
Full Time Yard / Bottle Depot Agent.
Candidate must be physically fit as this position does require lifting heavy items.
Qualifications required include:
Comfortable working outdoors, cash Handling experience necessary, excellent math skills and current First Aid required.
Current class 3 with Air an asset, experience with a forklift and Bobcat also an asset.
Full Time Accountant
-CA or CGA Designation Required
Responsible for ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering all transactions for a multi-classed company.
Duties Include, however, are not limited to:
Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries
Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss reports and other statements for management review. Ensure compliance with all government requirements, including submission of taxes remittancesWork with our out of house accountant and prepare all documents to ensure financial statements are created on a timely basis
Preparing monthly departmental profit and loss for review with each department head.
Competent knowledge of full cycle accounting
Competent with Quickbooks
Attention to detail; ability to do accurate work and meet established standards.
Multi-task and prioritize to meet established deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience:
Accounting & Finance Experience
Minimum 3 years Quickbooks experience.
An accounting designation required.
